If you’re a true Texan, you know that “Texas heat” doesn’t just refer to the temperature outdoors. We’re also big fans of spicy heat, the kind that comes from the vibrant, diverse, deceptively innocent-looking hot pepper. It’s for the love of that kind of heat that the Hot Pepper Festival came to be – and it’s coming back to Palestine, Texas, on Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.!
Hot Happenings
Last year’s Hot Pepper Festival was an all-fired success, with 178 vendors and too much fun to keep track of, and we expect no less this year. This event promises lots of free family fun for all ages, with such attractions as a hot pepper eating contest, live music, kids’ activities, arts and crafts, concessions, and farmers’ market vendors throughout the streets of downtown Palestine.
Already signed up for the event are Exaggerface, offering face-painting, henna tattoos, and caricatures; Usborne Books & More; Jimisons BBQ; Once Upon a Cone; Blazin Pizza Company; and many more. And there’s still plenty of time to throw your company’s name in the ring! Use this form to apply as a vendor.
