About Oxbow Bakery

Oxbow Bakery has been serving up their tantalizing pies since 2009, drawing folks from near and far to their space in Old Town Palestine. The bakery is run by mother-son duo Becky and David Wolfe who have brought notorious foodies like the late Top Chef Master Chef Floyd Cardoz into town just to taste their pies.

Oxbow occupies a 100-plus-year-old building that used to be a mule barn when it was first erected. From mules to meringue, this historic space has practically seen it all, and it can see you, too when you visit for a sweet slice of pie! Oxbow is located at 215 E. Crawford Street, Palestine, TX 75801 and is open Thursday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Oxbow Bakery Menu

Oxbow Bakery has over a dozen pies on the menu, including their famous seasonal offerings: Strawberry in the summer and Pumpkin in the fall. Other heralded options include their famous Banana Blueberry pie, Coconut Meringue pie, Chocolate Meringue pie, and Pecan pie, of course. You can grab pie by the slice for $3.50 – $3.75 a slice or treat yourself to a whole pie for $16 – 23 a pie, depending on the pie.
