Tops in Texas Rodeo
Starting May 17, 2017 the rodeo is back in town! Saddle up and come join in on the week long fun that includes barrel racing, bull riding, roping, bareback riding and so much more. This is purely a family entertainment event that is rich in Texas tradition. The event is taking place in the city of Jacksonville, TX and you can view a list of sponsors and event schedules here. Tickets can be purchased starting May 15th at the Norman Activity Center from 8 am to 5 pm.
Palestine Cruise Night at Whataburger
Take part in Palestine Cruise Night at Whataburger on May 20th. Hosted by the Cars of Palestine car club, this event will feature cool cars for you to check out. The event lasts from 5 PM to 8 PM, so bring a lawn chair so you can hang out for a bit.
Live Pro Wrestling
Head to the Palestine Civic Center to take in live pro wrestling on May 13th at 7 PM. If your kids love watching the pros on TV, they will certainly enjoy seeing them in person. Best of all, kids under 10 get in for free with paying adults. This a great way to enjoy an affordable night out on the town.
