Little Mexico is a family-owned business that has been through two generations, with the third being raised in the business. The Seat family has provided over 50 years of food and company to the people of Palestine. The business started on Court House Square in 1967, moved to West Oak in 1968, and finally to its current location, 2025 West Oak in 1987. After the fire in 2009, Brandon and Melanie Seat took over Gary and Phyllis Seat and still provide great food and service to Palestine.
